DESCRIPTION: Position reports to the Public Works Director and assists with the maintenance and repair of village streets, water system, wastewater system, solid waste system, natural gas system, parks, cemetery, buildings and grounds, and related public works projects. Position requires the ability to operate heavy equipment. Will have the opportunity to obtain water, wastewater, and gas certifications. Knowledge of basic OSHA guidelines for safety in confined entry, trenching, heavy equipment operation, traffic control, state motor vehicle laws and geographical layout of Village a plus. Work requires long periods of physical exertion, agility, and dexterity. Position performs other duties as required and must be available to respond to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis and may require work on weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates must have a VALID CDL. High School Diploma or GED and DOT drug testing required. Experience in heavy equipment operation, pipeline construction or maintenance required. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

DESCRIPTION: Duties will include general museum duties such as implementing a plan for opening the museum to the public, assisting patrons of the museum, and coordinating volunteers of the museum. The museum director will implement exhibits, tours, and programs. It will also require the development of fundraising campaigns and/or seeking grant opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates must be able to work with the public. A High School Diploma or GED is required with additional advanced education preferred. Must be able to communicate verbally, in writing, in person, in public meetings, and by phone. May be subject to an background check. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must have experience in a museum setting and should have an understanding of what a museum can present to the public. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to interruptions.
